Aramon, indigenous varietal to Languedoc, growing on silt and limestone from vines aged between 20 and 40 years old. Grapes are fully destemmed and spend 9 months aging in stainless steel tank. The wine is light in colour and fresh with bright acidity. Summer park red that drinks like a rosato.
