About: Cuvée "Why Not!" A gorgeous blend with a super fresh presence to fall in love with. Abundant with dazzling flavours of white-fleshed berries, tropical notes and even Pomelo that go above & beyond in satisfying the palate. Pourquoi pas? Ça sonne bien! The grapes are all hand harvested and de-stemmed before spontaneous fermentation and then 5 months in concrete. A very small dose of sulphur at bottling.
Located in the plain of Roussillon, Domaine Arquiris covers 5 hectares, just a stone's throw away from the sea and at the foot of the Canigou mountain. Since 2003, Myriam and Idéal have invested in practices that respect the environment. Certified organic since the beginning of their work in the vineyard, their knowledge and know-how have deepened thanks to the work with other winemakers and through trials and research on their fields. With the decision to produce their first independent cuvées 2021, Myriam and Idéal have been joined by their daughter Zoé and her partner Ferdin who decided to quit the bureaucratic jungle of the European Commission to support the work in the vine.
