About: Ugo Lestelle is a young winemaker based in the Saint-Chinian appellation area of the Occitanie region in southern France. He works organically, plows with a horse, and does not adulterate his wines except occasionally a micro-touch of sulphite at the bottling stage.
P’tit Bonhomme is a superb Cinsault from old vines on shale terroir. It spends two weeks in carbon and seven months in barrel. Fresh & pure with remarkable fruit, impeccable balance and beautiful structure. Simply delicious!
