About: This is a blend of 20% Grenache Gris, Blanc & Noir from 2019 with Grenache Gris, Noir & Cinsault from 2020. All of the grapes were given a 6 day maceration, co-fermented in each vintage.

The wine has delicious bright fruit, with lovely concentration, but still incredible freshness and minerality from those basalt soils.
