    Fizzy, fruity, and a little bit wild. Wild strawberry, raspberry, pomegranate and rose petal, fermented the old-fashioned way. Built for aperitivo, fried dumplings and tigelle, and a board of cured meats.

    Made by Vitivinicola Fangareggi in Correggio, just outside Modena. Bottled while it's still fermenting, so it pours a little cloudy.

    Hand-picked, bunch by bunch, on a family estate in Correggio.
    Vitivinicola Fangareggi

    Every bottle comes from Vitivinicola Fangareggi, a family estate in Correggio, just outside Modena. The grapes are picked by hand at the end of September. Then it's bottled while it's still fermenting, so the bubbles make themselves. No filtering, nothing added, nothing taken away.

    What it tastes like

    Wild strawberry, raspberry, rose petal

    Wild strawberry, raspberry and pomegranate, with a little rose petal on top. Finish and delicious!
