Grown on a family plot in the Tuscan hills and picked in 2022, Italo Disco throws the rulebook out: a field blend of local grapes — Sangiovese, Mammolo, Canaiolo, Ciliegiolo — rounded out with a splash of Merlot, Syrah, Cabernet and Alicante. Old-vine fruit, whole-bunch fun, nothing sanded down.

What it tastes like

Ripe cherry, a little wild, very moreish

Fresh red cherry and crushed raspberry up front, a twist of dried herb, then that bright juicy snap that makes you pour again. Light on its feet, low on fuss.

The unexpected bit: it's better with a slight chill, straight from the fridge door on a warm evening.
