    Vitivinicola Fangareggi

    Every bottle comes from Vitivinicola Fangareggi, a family estate in Correggio, just outside Modena. The grapes are picked by hand at the very end of summer. Then it's bottled while it's still fermenting, so the bubbles make themselves. No filtering, nothing added, nothing taken away.

    Green apple, grapefruit, a little wild

    Green apple and white flowers up front, then grapefruit and a touch of funk underneath. Fizzy and textured.
