About: Ugo Lestelle is a young winemaker based in the Saint-Chinian appellation area of the Occitanie region in southern France. He works organically, plows with a horse, and does not adulterate his wines except occasionally a micro-touch of sulphite at the bottling stage.
Cuvée B is 100% Vermentino, directly pressed in whole bunches and vinified in stainless steel vats, before being aged in barrels for seven months. Tense, fresh & pure with a whole lot of crunchy fruit! It's a true joy to get B cold and crack it open, but will also age beautifully so a perfect addition to your cellar (or cupboard).
