In his previous life he was an SNCF train driver in Paris Austerlitz, however, not being a Parisien native, wanted to go back to the land and produce something good from it, wine! After a quick training at Domaine La Bouche du Roi in the Yvelines Nicolas made the decision to set up on his own, so with his wife and 1 month old child they headed to their new life.\u003c\/p\u003e\r\n\u003cp\u003eArriving in Cravant les Coteaux, Chinon, Nicolas sourced vineyards that were already certified organic.
